IKEA Gift Card

Important information

IKEA NL digital gift cards can be used in all IKEA stores in the Netherlands and on the online store. Digital Gift cards can be used in shops in the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain (except Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Mallorca and Tenerife), Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland. The acceptance in others countries than Netherland is potentially supposed to evolve in relation with IKEA commercial policy. Any change will be notified by email to the distributor by SELP. Digital gift cards issued by IKEA Nederland are valid indefinitely, so there is no expiry date on the card. IKEA gift cards can be used in stores, IKEA Restaurants, the Bistro, the Swedish Food Market and on IKEA.nl. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards cannot be reimbursed. Gift cards cannot be cancelled or returned and the balance cannot be exchanged for cash. More than one card can be used for a single online order from the online store. If the value of an online order is lower than the amount on the card, it is not possible to use only part of the balance on a card to pay for the online order. The full amount of the order will be deducted from the card. If the order amount is higher than the amount on the card, the full amount on the card will be used. If the order amount is lower than the amount on the card, the remaining balance will stay on the card. Not possible for Business Customer to purchase more than 10,000 IKEA Gift Cards per 24 hours. IKEA NL do not activate more than EUR 150 on one singe IKEA Gift Card

Digitale IKEA-cadeaubonnen van IKEA Nederland kunnen worden gebruikt in alle IKEA-winkels in Nederland en in de online winkel.
Digitale cadeaubonnen kunnen bovendien worden gebruikt in winkels in de volgende landen: Australië, België, Canada, Denemarken, Finland, Frankrijk, Hongarije, Ierland, Italië, Kroatië, Nederland, Noorwegen, Oostenrijk, Portugal, Slowakije, Spanje (met uitzondering van Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Mallorca en Tenerife), Tsjechië, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Zweden en Zwitserland.

De acceptatie in andere landen dan Nederland kan veranderen in overeenstemming met het commerciële beleid van IKEA. Eventuele wijzigingen worden door SELP per e-mail aan de distributeur meegedeeld.

Digitale cadeaubonnen die zijn uitgegeven door IKEA Nederland zijn onbeperkt geldig – er is dus geen vervaldatum. IKEA-cadeaubonnen kunnen worden gebruikt in de winkels, de IKEA Restaurants, het Bistro, de Zweedse Food Market en op IKEA.nl.

Verloren, gestolen of beschadigde cadeaubonnen kunnen niet worden vergoed. Cadeaubonnen kunnen niet worden geannuleerd of geretourneerd, en het saldo kan niet worden ingewisseld voor contant geld.

Bij een online bestelling kan meer dan één cadeaubon worden gebruikt.
Als het bedrag van de online bestelling lager is dan het saldo op de kaart, is het niet mogelijk om slechts een deel van het saldo te gebruiken: het volledige bestelbedrag wordt van de kaart afgeschreven.
Als het bestelbedrag hoger is dan het saldo op de kaart, wordt het volledige saldo van de kaart gebruikt. Wanneer het bestelbedrag lager is dan het saldo, blijft het resterende bedrag op de kaart staan.

Zakelijke klanten kunnen niet meer dan 10.000 IKEA-cadeaubonnen per 24 uur aanschaffen.
Daarnaast activeert IKEA Nederland niet meer dan €150 op één enkele cadeaubon.
