How to use your eGift card:
For redeeming vouchers online, please follow below steps:
Download Danube App
App Store https://apps.apple.com/ae/app/id1097703117
Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.app.danube
Open Danube App & sign-in or register.
Click on "Account”
Click on "E-wallet”
Click on "Add Gift Card”
Add the Gift Card number and Click on "Activate Gift Card”
Your wallet will be recharged immediately.
Now you can order online or use it to purchase from Danube stores.
Once the wallet is recharged please present the same at store for staff to redeem the voucher.
Customers can use the wallet for online redemption as well.
eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
