• E-Vouchers can be used directly at the store, or ordered online via Inbox Fanpage Dottie hoặc Instagram Dottie.
• Dottie is responsible for issuing financial invoices upon customers’ requests
• Each e-voucher can be used only once, and multiple e-vouchers can be used for payment in 1 order.
• Apply simultaneously with other promotions.
• E-Voucher cannot be converted into cash, and no refunds are allowed.
• The store does not accept e-voucher codes that are out of date and have been used.
• E-Voucher is not refundable or resalable.
• If the value of the order is larger than the value of the e-voucher, the customer can pay the difference.
• It is the customer's responsibility to keep the confidential e-voucher card information after purchase. WOGI will not be responsible for returning lost card codes or "Used" status for any reason.
