Đổi hàng: Đổi hàng trong vòng 30 ngày đối với hàng mua nguyên giá (còn nguyên tem mác, tình trạng ban đầu). Không áp dụng đổi đối với hàng giảm giá, khuyến mãi. Không hỗ trợ đổi sản phẩm đồ lót và tất vì lý do sức khỏe. Không hỗ trợ trả hàng.

The e-gift card has no cash value and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/change.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for items purchased at full price (with original tags intact and in original condition). Exchanges are not applicable for discounted or promotional items. For health reasons, underwear and socks are not eligible for exchange.
