- Game card codes can only be used once, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be refunded or extended.
- The customer is responsible for keeping the game card code secure after the conversion.
- WOGI will not support redeeming new codes for lost codes.
- WOGI will not support refunds of game card codes if customers have chosen the wrong type of game card according to their needs.
- WOGI will not be responsible for game codes that are not issued by Wogi.
